Repeated but non-consecutive with lists

Often, the items of a "with list" may apply to multiple chords in a measure, but not consecutive ones, so the shortcuts of [] or []... don't help. Consider, for example, the case where every other chord has an accent. Rather than repeating "[with >]" for each, a macro can be defined, to reduce the amount of typing needed:

define A [with >] @
1: A 8d;g-;A d&;g&-;A c;f-;A bn-;en-;
bar
